The Price must be paid by the Buyer to North West Repo Cars in full in cleared funds before the Vehicle is released to the Buyer.

If the Buyer fails to adhere to and/or comply with its obligations to make full payment and collection for the Vehicle within three working days from the Point of Sale the Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the below charges for each day payment in full is not received / or vehicle is not collected.
